If you receive:

The ODBC resource DLL (c:windowssystem32odbcint.dll) is a different version than the ODBC driver manager (c:windowssystem32odbc32.dll) when executing a query, you probably have two different versions of Odbcint.dll on your computer.

Use Windows NT Explorer to Find all occurences of Odbcint.dll on your computer and remove all but the one that is the same version as %SystemRoot%System32Odbc32.dll.

I recommend downloading the latest version of MDAC and alsorunning the MDAC Component Checker tool.
