JSI Tip 1857. SBS 4.5 IMS receives e-mail using the SBS 4.0 sbsetrn.exe file?

If you upgraded from SBS 4.0 and had SBS configured to connect to the web using the online sign-in process,IMS still uses the SBS 4.0 sbsetrn.exe file.

To fix this problem, use any ONE of the following:

1. Copy %systemdrive%SmallbusinessSbsetrn.exe %systemdrive%winnt.sbssystem32

2. Run the Internet Connector Wizard.

3. Change the custom command path in IMS

from:

%systemdrive%winnt.sbssystem32sbsetrn.exe

to:

%systemdrive%SmallbusinessSbsetrn.exe
