JSI Tip 1821. New font doesn't appear in the CMD Properties Font tab?

You install a fixed-pitch font in the Fonts folder, but is doesn't appear on the Font tab, in the CMD console Properties.

The same font is available in W9x?

The font requirement for Windows NT terminal sessions, and Windows 2000 terminal sessions, like CMD.exe, are much more stringent than for W9x. If the font does not adhere to these requirements, it is not made available to a terminal session.
