JSI Tip 1659. Print job status continuosly shows deleting?

If you delete a print job that was stuck in the que, the status of the job may change to deleting and stay that way. If you try to delete the print que, it won't.

The spooler is stuck.

To fix the problem:

close the Printers folder.

NET STOP SPOOLER

NET START SPOOLER
