If you configure small icons after running the Accessibility Wizard, some desktop and Control Panel icons may be truncated or illegible. Your desktop icons may also be stacked.

The accessibilty tools reset the Icon Horizintal and Vertical spacing.

To fix it, use Control Panel / Display / Appearance. Toggle Item to Icon Spacing (Vertical) and set the Size to 43. Then toggle Item to Icon Spacing (Horizontal) and set the Size to 43. Click OK and shutdown / restart your computer.

NOTE: You can also reset thiese via the registry at tip 1007.
