JSI Tip 1609. Unable to Create The Directory \C: ?

If you used the Windows NT Setup Manager, from the NT 4.0 Server Resource Kit, and specified a drive letter in the installation path, C:WInNT for example, the subject error will occur.

The proper syntax for the installation path is just the folder, WinNT for example.
