If your Terminal Server Client exhibit poor mouse response or jerky movements, you may be able to make it behave by navigating to:

HKEY_CURENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftTerminal Server Client

on the client computer (WinNT or Win9x).

The client sends mouse strokes to the Terminal Server every 100 milliseconds. Add Value name Min Send Interval,as a DWORD entry, and set the value to decimal 10.

NOTE: You may have to adjust this value for your network, as this will increase traffic.

NOTE: CAD applications will definetly perform better.
