JSI Tip 1370. CSNW always prints banners if NT 4.0 SP5 is installed.

The subject action happens, even if banners are disabled in Control Panel / CSNW.
Use the following work around:
Rename %SystemRoot%System32Nwprovau.dll to Nwprovau.SP5.
If you have a SP5 uninstall folder (%SystemRoot%$ntservicePackUninstall$) AND SP4 was previously installed, then copy %SystemRoot%$ntservicePackUninstall$Nwprovau.dll to %SystemRoot%System32Nwprovau.dll.
If either of the above are not true, locate a SP4 CD-ROM and copy I386Nwprovau.dll to %SystemRoot%System32Nwprovau.dll.
