If you receive either of the subject messages while using Microsoft Proxy Server to browse a web site, you have permissions improperly set on the Scripts virtual directory.
On the Proxy Server, open the MMC (Microsoft Management Console).
Click the + sign adjacent to the default Web site.
Right click Scripts and choose Properties.
On the Virtual Directory tab, remove the Read Access Permission check mark.
On the Virtual Directory tab, check Execute (including script).
Click OK.
