Outlook Express is your default e-mail program, but the Mail Recipient, Mail Recipient (As Attachment), or Routing Recipient options are missing when you press Send To on the File menu in Microsoft Office 2000 programs.

This behavior is indicative of incomplete [Mail] configuration in the Win.ini file.

To fix this problem:

1. Open a CMD.EXE window.

2. Type notepad %SystemRoot%Win.ini and press Enter.

3. Insure that the [Mail] section contains:

MAPI=1CMC=1CMCDLLNAME=mapi.dllCMCDLLNAME32=mapi32.dllMAPIX=1MAPIXVER=1.0.0.1OLEMessaging=1

4. Press Save on the File menu.

5. Shutdown and restart your computer.
