Windows NT's SUBST command can map a drive letter to a directory below a share (see tip 067) but W95 can not.
Both operating systems do supported UNC names below a share as in \ServerNamerUserShareUserName where the share is UserShare and UserName is just a sub-directory.
You can use this convention at the command line and you can also use it in shortcuts.
