Stress in the workplace is like no other. What happens at work usually DOES NOT stay at work, no matter how hard we try. The following Infographic goes into some details of why job stress is so tough on our overall personal makeup. Not only does stress cause us to make poor decisions, but it also contributes to poor health. Sometimes we cause the stress ourselves, but a lot of times it’s the fault of poor management.
