A. A. There are different types of ZIP drivers, internal, external,ZIP-PLUS and all of this will work under Windows NT 4.0.

If you have an internal ZIP drive just ensure you have Service Pack 3 orlater installed which provide built in support for internal ZIP drives and willdisplay the drives in Explorer as "Removable drive".

If it is an external ZIP drive you will need to download and install thecorrect drivers from http://www.iomega.com. All downloadeddrivers/tools are self extracting and contain good install instructions.
