Choose File → Page Setup.

Set page margins by dragging the border between the margins and the text area on the ruler. The margins are shown on the ruler as a darker area; the text area as white.

Double-click the margins (darker area) in the ruler as a shortcut to the Page Setup command.

To configure an additional margin as space for a binding, set the Gutter margin and Gutter position.

If you are printing double-sided, choose Mirror Margins from the Multiple pages drop-down list.

Choose Book fold from the Multiple pages drop-down list, then choose the number of pages from the Sheets per booklet drop-down list that appears. This option will lay out two portrait pages per sheet of landscape-oriented paper, and will alter the order of pages so that you can fold the paper in half to create a booklet.

Select Centered from the Vertical alignment drop-down list on the Layout tab to create an effective title page. This is an alternative to pressing Enter repeatedly to move text to the vertical center of the page.
