JSI Tip 7042. How do I remove cached user credentials that are used for PEAP authentication in Windows XP?

When you log on to a network that uses Protected Extensible Authentication Protocol (PEAP), your credentials are stored for re-use. When you restart Windows XP, you are automatically logged onto the wireless network.

To remove your cached PEAP credentials:

1. Copy / Paste the following to a UserEapInfo.reg file:

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftEapolUserEapInfo]

2. Merge the UserEapInfo.reg with your registry, or run regedit /s UserEapInfo.reg.
