Set Hyper-V Replica Storage Locations

Q: I am using Hyper-V Replica but want to store different replicas in different locations on the target--how can I do this?

A: When configuring Hyper-V Replica, a location is configured on the target server, but it's not possible to specify different locations on a per virtual machine (VM) level. The solution is to enable replication. After the replication is established, use storage migration to move the storage of the replicated VM to another location.
