Inateck’s products have been a test/review staple of mine for a long while. Despite the sub-category name, Inateck produces quality peripherals.
I recently tested a new product from Inateck, the Taurus Bluetooth Wireless In-ear Sport Earphones. Much like any other set of sport earbuds, it offers features like…
· Bluetooth Version: 4.1
· Headset, Hands-free, A2DP, AVRCP, Apt-X
· Stereo sound
· Charging time: about 3hrs
· Continuous play/ Talk: Up to 6hrs
The sound output is pretty good, and since these are earbuds, the sound immersion is full. One of the unique features of this set of earphones is a magnet inside each earpiece. Inateck touts this as a valuable function because you can wrap it around your neck like a necklace and you won’t lose them because the magnets hold them in a ring. However, with my testing, particularly for running, even though they seem to stay in the ear pretty well, it does feel like they want to fall out due to the extra weight of the magnets in the earpieces.
That said, the quality is good and the price is about right. These probably won't be your primary set, but for just under $30 would make great backups in the event your good set dies.
