A. In most cases, you must change the ROM image to change the language on your Pocket PC device. With some Pocket PC devices (such as Compaq's newer iPAQs), you can back up the ROM image from another iPAQ that has the language you want and transfer that ROM image to your device. You can also trick some Pocket PC devices, such as the older iPAQs, into switching languages by loading other language ROMs. Be aware that changing your device's language will likely void your warranty and most companies won't support these actions.
