How to Insert the Cent Symbol in Microsoft Word
When typing in Microsoft Word on a PC, click on the document where you would like the cent symbol to go. Next, hold the Alt key and type 0162 on the numeric keypad.
If your PC doesn’t have a numeric keypad, you can use an alternative keyboard shortcut for the cent symbol. Simply hold down CTRL and press forward slash (/) and the letter “c.”
