Wonderware Opens Singapore Support Center

To service its growing Asia-Pacific customer base, Wonderware Corporation has opened a new customer support center in Singapore.

To service its growing Asia-Pacific customer base, Wonderware Corporation has opened a new customer support center in Singapore. The center will support Wonderware products as well as the company’s recently acquired Marcam software family, which includes Avantis, PRISM, and Protean.The Singapore center will provide multiple customer support levels, including inquiry response, issues and escalation management, information fulfillment, installation assistance, reporting, and resolution during regular business hours or through an after-hours support line.“The new facility is tangible evidence of the company’s commitment to servicing the growing Asia-Pacific region with the same high-quality, highly available support that Wonderware is known for worldwide,” says Bruce Sabot, Wonderware customer operations vice president.
