A $6 million second-round venture financing effort will help RadView Software support infrastructure and accelerate sales channel growth and research and development. The investment was led by North Bridge Venture Partners, a venture capital firm specializing in technology investments, and includes current investors Formula Ventures, RAD Group, and Sadot Research and Development.“By partnering with thought leaders such as North Bridge, we are the beneficiaries of smart money, a solid reputation for developing successful Internet software companies, and a deep corporate network,” says Ilan Kinreich, RadView president and CEO.“E-business system verification is a critical ingredient in the successful deployment of Web applications ranging from e-commerce and e-service to IT infrastructure,” says Bill Geary, North Bridge Venture Partners general partner.
