Quest to Acquire MessageWise

Quest Software signed a definitive agreement to acquire MessageWise, a performance-monitoring and configuration-management solution provider for Microsoft Exchange email networks. The purchase price consists of cash and stock totaling approximately $12 million."This acquisition will help us extend our penetration into the fast-growing, mission-critical area of Exchange availability," says Vincent C.
