Siebel Systems has selected Quest Software to provide tightly integrated performance, monitoring, and high-availability solutions for deployment with Siebel eBusiness Applications for sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Under the agreement, Quest will deliver solutions to Siebel customers that help them manage their mission-critical e-business applications and achieve all day, every day operation.“We provide all the support solutions needed to develop, test, deploy, and maintain Siebel Systems’ broad range of end user systems across multiple database types. This alliance has tremendous value for end user customers on a global basis,” said Mike Coffman, Quest’s business unit manager for Production Support Products.Other Quest Software products that are ideal for deployment within Siebel environments include Foglight, Benchmark Factory, and Vista Plus.
