Intellisource is partnering with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to provide desktop computer outsourcing services for NASA headquarters in Washington, D.C., under a federal Outsourcing Desktop Initiative (ODIN) contract.Under the three-year agreement, Intellisource will use its IntelliCenter solution to provide Help desk services to SAIC in support of the NASA headquarters ODIN delivery contract. Intellisource will also provide network server support, asset management, and account administration services.IntelliCenter will give NASA headquarters a single point of contact for all calls from the agency's computer users; provide Help desk contact, resolution, and tracking services; send customers and service providers system status and alert messages; and handle information requests about the status of existing service tickets.Intellisource, which won the first delivery order under ODIN, and SAIC are two of seven government-authorized ODIN service providers. Intellisource provides Help desk and network infrastructure support for more than 14,000 desktop computers at various NASA facilities.
