I spend a lot of time trolling through the internet looking for great new resources to add to my SQL Server toolbox.  There are a lot of winners and there are some losers.  One of my favorite set of resources to check on a regular basis are websites that are supported (or even owned) by SQL Server MVPs.

One such site that I’ve come to enjoy is http://www.sqldbatips.com, run by UK SQL Server MVP Jasper Smith.  This site has high-quality code samples, one of the hardest things to find on the ‘net in any quantity.  It also contains a number of useful articles and white papers, as well as links to other cool sites like http://www.kbalertz.com

If you’re looking for lots of personal SQL Server MVP sites from a single URL, check out http://www.mvps.org/links.html#SqlServer.  It’s not a comprehensive list of personal SQL Server MVP sites, but it’s a great place to start.

Thanks,
