A. There's no official recommendation on the use of jumbo frames on Failover Cluster networks, but if your NICs and switches support jumbo frames, the feature is likely to help, especially on Live Migration and iSCSI networks. So if you have the capability for jumbo frames, I'd turn it on. Just make sure you test thoroughly before live implementation.
