I have deleted the Recycle bin how can I recreate it?

A. A. If you have TweakUI click the Desktop tab and check the "Recycle Bin" and click Apply then OK. If you do not have TweakUI you can re-add by directly updating the Registry:
Start the Registry editor (regedit.exe)
Move to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerDesktopNameSpace
From the Edit menu select New - Key
Enter a name of "{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}"
Select the new key and double click on (Default). Set to "Recycle Bin" and click OK
Close the registry editor
Press F5 on the desktop for the Recycle bin to appear.
