Bring Social Media to Enterprise Business Applications
Panorama Software has announced the availability of its newest product, Panorama Necto, the industry's first socially-enabled BI solution. Panorama Necto lets businesses share information across corporate units based on a social platform. In addition to document collaboration, the program offers social interaction on reports, charts, and data cells. McAfee Acquires Sentrigo, Releases Database Security Solution
McAfee announced the acquisition of Sentrigo, maker of Hedgehog Enterprise, and has also released a new database security solution. The database security solution combines 10 products, including endpoint encryption, data loss prevention, a firewall, change control, and more. McAfee's aim is to offer security in every database state and endpoint, through one central management tool. Tabs Studio Offers Tabbed Visual Studio
Sergey Vlasov has released Tabs Studio v. 2.3, a Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio add-in that organizes document tabs and cuts software development time. Tabs Studio lets you group your document tabs intelligently, and makes all of your document tabs visible by creating multiple rows of tabs. The products also has features such as control over title-based and path-based grouping of tabs, keeping h/cpp, xaml/xaml.cs, and aspx/aspx.vb file pairs in the same tab.
