If your system is stabled, and you need the disk space, download Doug Knox's XP_Remove_Hotfix_Backup.zip and unzip it. When you run XP_Remove_Hotfix_Backup.exe, it will delete hotfix backups that are specific to the Windows XP operating system, and the corresponding Add/Remove Programs entry.

NOTE: This program will not remove application specific hotfix backups, like Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Media player and etc.).
