A. Yes. Although DFSR replication can fully populate empty replica members, if you pre-populate the members of a replica set with data when the replica set is created, you’ll be prompted for the node (aka, the primary member) that has the "definitive" version. Whenever a conflict arises, the primary member’s content is considered absolute. Any files on non-primary members that aren’t in the Primary Servers folder will be deleted on first replication so that the content of the non-primary members matches that of the primary member
