A:To connect System Center Service Manager (SCSM) 2012 to System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) 2012, the SCSM 2012 service account needs Read access tothe Runbook root folder and all child folders.

This is achieved through the Runbook Designer, by setting Advanced Permissions at the root and ensuringthe SCSM service account has Read Properties and List Contents for the object and all child objects, as the screen shot below shows.

The account also needs Execute rights on the actual runbook folder under C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft System Center 2012Orchestrator. There isalso a nice detailed post at the SCSM FAQ blog about it.
