Picasa 3 (beta) and Picasa Web Albums update

As promised, Google has released a beta version of Picasa 3 for Windows today, and updated its Picasa Web Albums online service. Picasa 3 (beta) Find, organize and share your photos. Add Creative Commons licensing to your photos I've also noticed that while Google has not addressed the flat view of your albums per se, they have now started limiting the number of folders that appear on the PWA front page by default. This speeds the site dramatically for me, since I have several hundred albums.
