A. If you've used the user principal name (UPN) format (e.g., [email protected]) to enter the account that the Microsoft Cluster service is using on the first node, the second node can't validate the account properly and will return an error. To fix this problem, change the Cluster service account on the first node to use the pre-Win2K username (e.g., DomainUsername), then restart the service.
