A. Microsoft has a list of time servers in the article " A list of the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) time servers that are available on the Internet" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262680 ). You should synchronize with a second-level SNTP time server unless you have very specific time synchronization requirements. A list of second-level time servers can be found at http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/clock2a.html .
