It seems a gaggle of new updates for Microsoft's Cloud platform filters through the wires daily. It's really hard to keep up with the enormous number of improvements and additions that are constant. The old adage, "if you don't like the weather, just wait couple a minutes," could also be applied to Microsoft's Cloud. It seems to be the company's intent to flood us with new stuff constantly, and it can be overwhelming.
It seems Microsoft has heard this, or at least has started to recognize it, because when you see constant updates like this, eventually you become numb and might miss something truly important.
To help customers weed through the update overload, Microsoft has unveiled a new site, that's actually pretty useful. Called the Cloud Platform Roadmap, the site gives a central spot for customers to review the services are currently available, the services that are still in preview, what is in the pipeline to be released, and also what didn't make the cutting room floor and had to be shut down.
It's actually pretty informative resource.
