How do I create a custom page size for a printer?

Start the Printer control applet (Start - Settings - Printer)

Select Add Printer - Click only once, not double click. (You don't add printer, only activate icon. (also you need Administrator rights))

From the File menu select "Server Properties" (Print server properties)

Forms tab

Click "Create a New Form" and add information that you want

Click OK
