A. Using the registry editor change the value

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlPrintPrintersDefaultSpoolDirectory

by double clicking on it and set it to the required area. This will change the print spool area for all printers, to change the print spool for only one printer move down to a printer key and create a value of type REG_SZ called SpoolDirectory and set this as where the spool files should be.
