Syncfusion has released a new version of Essential Studio 2012, which now includes a cloud-ready report designer and viewer that works with Windows Azure. The report designer and viewer works with any cloud service that supports a Windows-based deployment environment. In addition, this release is 100 percent Report Definition Language (RDL) compliant. The latest version includes several improvements, including the following:
new iOS and Android mobile web application themes
OLAP grid framework lets developers deploy business intelligence (BI) solutions through the ASP.NET MVC framework
enhanced PDF view with bar code display
new PDF display framework that doesn't require any software development kits (SDKs) or external dependencies
