Q. What is the ARM equivalent of Test-AzureStaticVNetIP?
A. At this time there is no equivalent cmdlet to test if an IP address is currently in use. The best practice is create a separate subnet in the virtual network that will be used to contain IP addresses statically assigned to VMs.
