Windows 10 Build 10565 reaches Insider Slow Ring subscribers

Yesterday Microsoft made Windows 10 Build 10565 ISOs available on their Insider website and now today they have made that same build available to its collection of Windows Insiders who are members of the Slow Ring.

Normally this process is reversed or happens at the same time.

This build is from the Threshold 2 development branch and each of these builds take us closer to the release of the first significant update to Windows 10 since its release back on 29 July 2015.

I have this installed on my test HP Spectre x360 and it has been very stable since I installed it earlier this week.

If you are running the last Slow Ring build of Windows 10, which was 10240 - the release build, then this will be a significant update for you as there have been four interim builds sent out to Fast Ring testers since late July.

In January 2010 my community contributions were recognized by Microsoft when I received my first Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award for the Windows Operating System. Since then I have been renewed as a Microsoft MVP each subsequent year since that initial award. I am also a member of the inaugural group of Windows Insider MVPs which began in 2016.
