Q: Where can I get the updated Active Directory Migration Toolkit that works with Windows Server 2012?
A: Microsoft rereleased the Active Directory Migration Toolkit 3.2 without the OS check; you can find the download in the Microsoft TechNet article "Active Directory Migration Tool versions and supported environments." You can now install the Active Directory Migration Toolkit on Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2; however, there are no other functionality changes.
