TechNet Virtual Lab: Windows Server 2012 R2 - Storage Infrastructure

Windows Server 2012 R2 includes new storage features which allow you to create new storage-optimized file servers using tiered storage. Storage tiers enable the creation of virtual disks comprised of two tiers of storage: an SSD tier for frequently accessed data, and a HDD tier for less-frequently accessed data. In this lab, you will first create a new storage-optimized file server using Tiered Storage Spaces and deduplication. Next, you will create a three node Scale-Out File Server Cluster.
