Last year, Microsoft announced a number of changes to the SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) program, the most significant change being that you were no longer-required to take a 3-week training course to earn the certification. This means that if you're an Exchange expert with more than five years of experience, and you believe you have what it takes to become an MCM, you can take the two exams—the MCM: Exchange Server 2010, Knowledge Exam and MCM: Exchange Server 2010, Lab—whenever they're available. (Find available exams in your area here.)
