WINDOWS 10 MOBILE PREVIEW BUILD 10136
The latest mobile build of the new OS has been released to Fast ring insiders today. According to Gabe Aul, here's what's new in the build:
There are fit and finish changes, like changes to fonts, icons, layout.
Cortana can now track your flights and your package deliveries, and alerts for going to work, going home and the airport are enabled again.
You can now double-tap to quickly zoom on a photo in the Photos app, or tap on a month to get a list of months so you can quickly “jump” to photos you may have taken a while ago.
If you're using a device with a screen of 5 inches or greater, it’s now easier to use your device with one hand.
Be warned, however, that this build does come with some issues: Skype may not work after upgrade. To prevent this headache, you'll have to uninstall Skype on Windows Phone 8.1 before upgrading to the 10136 Build, and then reinstall Skype after installing Windows 10 Mobile Preview Build 10136.

Ars Technica has a more in-depth look at the Xbox One, and notes that the updates are focused around users being able to quickly jump into social activities (messaging friends, etc.), sharing content or starting games. It'll also run a Windows 10 variant, which means Xbox users can expect to use Cortana. While Xbox One already has speech recognition, Cortana's expected to deliver better performance and integrate task-based voice commands ("find out which of my friends are online and invite them to play") into gameplay.
WinBeta reports that you can now stream games to a PC running Windows 10:
Users of the Xbox One Preview have gained a new ability, namely to stream games to a PC running Windows 10. Although this feature is currently live, it will not work with every game, those depending on the likes of the Kinect sensor are unavailable, and there is no word as to whether this will be addressed in future.
