Today’s workforce requires tools and services that enable them to be productive wherever they are – in the office, at home, or on the go. That requires ensuring that sensitive documents are only shared, accessed and altered by the appropriate, authorized individuals.

IT leaders today need to have the right security and compatible rights management tools in place to protect a company’s most important documents that contain its most important data: sales agreements, candidate offer letters, procurement contracts, legal documents – and everything in between.

Join this seminar to learn:

  • The problem of controlling who can and cannot access, modify, and transmit organizational data in environments where BYOD and collaboration services are in use

  • The importance of document security in workforce productivity and the top 5 things your IT group should look for in a secure offering

  • How you can control the actions people can take and the access people have to documents using rights management compatible applications
