Q: My users want a scroll bar on the System Center Service Manager 2012 web portal--how can they get one?

Add a scroll bar to System Center Service Manager 2012's web portal so even non-admin users can operate with ease.

A: When SharePoint administrators connect to the System Center 2012 Service Manager web portal, they see a scroll bar allowing full access to all information available in the Service Manager portal.

However, non-admin users don't see the scroll bar, so in a small window they can't scroll down to see options such as Create a request (see screen shot below).

Microsoft has detailed a fix that adds the scroll bar for all users. After the fix is applied, the user can scroll down (see screen shot below).
