Q: Can the Configuration Manager 2012 client and the Windows Intune Wave D client be installed on the same machine?

A: No. System Center 2012 SP1 Configuration Manager does indeed have a connector to Windows Intune Wave D and allows the management of mobile devices through Intune. But it's still not supported to have both Configuration Manager and Intune clients installed on the same OS.
