Why don't items that I locate with the Find feature in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 display my custom form when I open them?

A bug in the original version of Outlook 2003 caused items that have been set up with a custom form to be opened in the standard form for the folder that contains the item, not in the custom form. A workaround is to publish the form to the Personal Forms or Organizational Forms library, but Office 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) provides a real fix. After you apply SP1, Outlook 2003 will open items in the correct custom form.
