Modifying Folder and File Permissions

Is there a way to let domain clients modify folder and file permissions on a network share? I want to let users control who can view or edit specific folders or files in a shared directory without having to call us to add the permissions.
Yes, you can delegate the ability to modify folder permissions on a file server. First, open the share permissions (located under the Share tab of the folder s Properties dialog) on the folder in question and grant Full Control permission to the user group to whom you want to delegate authority. Then, open the folder permissions (located under the Security tab of the folder s Properties dialog) and grant Full Control to the same user group. You have to grant Full Control on the share and the folder permissions because when you're operating remotely on a shared folder, Windows lets users perform only actions that are allowed by both.
