Microsoft Delivers More Android Battery Fixes in Latest Microsoft Health App Update

Much like it did with its Surface tablet products, Microsoft is inching closer to an ultimate fix for Android battery drain issues for its Microsoft Health app.

Yesterday a new update was made available – only for Android – that is intended to further help battery usage, restore phone step counting, and help with overall stability.

Since last month, Android users have reported severe battery drain when the Microsoft Health is loaded and running in the background. Two subsequent bug fixes were released to attempt to solve the problem. Those updates fixed the issue for some, but not all. Let us know what you find. Does the update work for you? Are you still experiencing battery drain due to the Microsoft Health app?
